One on One Consultation (training/dietary/sport supplements)

The body is like a car, and to maintain or improve the condition of the car regular tune ups are imperative. If you're dedicated to improving the quality of your workouts a consultation can put you back on the road to improvement.

Cost: 1-hour session: $65

 

Maki Performance Training is located at SAMPA studio, 11960 Hammersmith Way Unit 150 Richmond, B.C.


Based on your goals choose the package that best fits your schedule and level of commitment to train towards your goals.

Note: Workout design is separate and is not included in any of the packages. There is a one time $50 charge for the workout and nutrition templates designed.

There is a three-month expiry date from the time of purchase. All packaged sessions are paid in full at the beginning of the first session. 

60 Minute Sessions 

 20 sessions - Cost: $1100 

15 sessions - Cost: $855 

10 sessions - Cost: $600

5 sessions - Cost: $315

3 sessions - Cost: $200

 

45 Minute Sessions 

20 sessions - Cost: $900 

15 sessions - Cost: $705

30 Minute Session Package

Group Training/Partner Training

Groups of 2-3 people: $35 per hour per person

10 session minimum - $350

A session lasts aproximately 45 minutes.

 

Train at Home

If you prefer training in the comfort of your home, in-house training is available. No equipment, no problem. I'll take you through a workout that you won't soon forget!

Cost: 1-hour session: $60

3 session minimum required.
