In This Issue:- Openers- Class Schedule Updates OpenersThere are two more weeks left before I will be relocating to several locations in the Richmond area. Please stay tuned as I will announce exactly where I will be and what is happening in regards to new classes, times and dates.I want to thank you for being patient during this time and for all the words of encouragement as I transition into a new phase of my business. Cesar Narita (my sensei) will be fighting on June 27th. I will be stepping back into the ring as a sparing partner and his strength coach. He has very little time to peak so his training will be stepped up several notches to ensure that he will be ready come fight night. Also, a reminder that a new fitness boot camp will be running in the Steveston area starting June 1st. With the summer months coming up and the weather changing an outdoor fitness boot camp will bring a new change of pace to your workouts and new scenery. Not to mention I will be incorporating new equipment into this boot camp so I can offer a more intense workout! ![]() New Fitness Boot Camp LocationThe new location is at Fitness Vacation (Suite 180, 13040 No. 2 Road, Richmond, British Columbia). This location is in the Steveston area. It will be an outdoor boot camp with the meeting place at the gym. Below are the details.Cost: $125 for 8 sessions – 5 session punch card for $75 – $20 for a drop in Days: Tuesday & Thursday from 6-7 am Monday & Wednesday evening from 7-8 pm Location: Fitness Vacation (Suite 180, 13040 No. 2 Road) Start Date: June 1st – 30th Business and Class UpdatesIf you have any suggestions for a Specialty Class you’d like to see offered, please drop me an email.Here are the dates for some upcoming classes: May 4th 2009 – Basic Boot Camp Basic Boot Camp: This boot camp is a basic entry-level class for people who don't feel they are in good enough shape to join a regular boot camp. It’s also for people who want to get back into fitness, and people who may be recovering from an injury. This boot camp will build a foundation that will provide you with a solid base of fitness, so you can participate at a higher level or take part in more structured classes that will bring greater results! Days: Monday & Wednesdays Time: 6:45-7:30 pm Duration: 8 sessions Location: Sport Central (2611 Viscount Way) Cost: $72 or $10 drop in May 5th 2009 – Maki Fit Maki Fit: Small groups and intense workouts. Take your physical conditioning to the next level. Days: Tuesday/Thursday & Saturday (8 am and 10 am class) Time: 7:00-8:00 pm Location: Sport Central (2611 Viscount Way) Cost: $75 for a 5 session punch card or $20 drop in Fitness Boot Camp: This isn't an ordinary boot camp. If you're up for a challenge you'll love Fitness Boot Camp!
