Sometimes I find myself questioning why I spend long hours training people. It's easy to forget when you've been doing it for so long. Then I receive an email from a client and I remember why I started in this business.
Hey Maki,
I just wanted to tell you that you've really made a difference in my life... I went from hating exercise, to really looking forward to it... I feel so awesome after my Monday workouts and I actually have fitness goals now. I have more energy and feel happier too...
Thank you!

She's not an athlete, or someone who wants to drop 20 pounds. She is someone who found me over the Internet and knew that I could help her look at exercise in a different way. I'm glad she is going to make fitness a part of her life.
This is why I do it. |
