| What Have You Done? |

It's been four days since the New Year. How many times have you worked out, have you cheated on your nutrition already, or did you skip a workout? I completed my first workout last night, now I only have three hundred and eleven workouts left in 2010. Every Monday and Wednesday evening after working a 15 hour day I train myself. Most of the time I have to really psyche myself up before my workout because I usually want to go home and relax with my wife. Knowing that I might cave in and skip my training session I have asked my brother to workout with me. Now it's a bit more difficult to pass on my workouts. Last night we trained fairly hard for our first workout. We performed heavy front squats followed by some arm training and some upper body plyometric work. To finish things off we boxed for 30 minutes. It was great until my brother punched me in the mouth and I bit my tongue pretty hard. The point I'm trying to make, is that we all want to accomplish things in the New Year. But how badly do you want it, enough that you have already started taking steps towards your goal? Or are you procrastinating already? Cardio kick boxing starts today at 6 pm. The first fitness boot camp of the 2010 starts this Friday January the 8th at 6 am. |
