At Maki Performance Training I do my best not to discriminate. Especiallywhen it comes to the age of a client and their capabilities during a workout. I plan on being very active when I am in my golden years, and by making sure I train in a safe and effective manner which maximizes my fitness capacity (barring any unforseen circumstance) I strive to never let age be used as an excuse. In fact I will use it as a source of motivation to fuel my workouts and train harder. Don't get me wrong, as we age we should be aware that our ability to do things with efficiency decreases. However, don't get caught up mistaking this as a sign that you are unableto achieve your fitnes goals. If there is a will, there is a way.
