Who is Maki Riddington PDF Print E-mail

Maki is a BCRPA strength and conditioning and body recomp specialist who has close to 10 years of fitness training experience and has worked throughout the Richmond area and parts of Vancouver in a number of gyms. He is the strength and conditioning coach for the Sunset Figure Skating club in Vancouver B.C. Maki also runs a popular boot camp  www.fitnessbootcamp.ca 
In his spare time Maki enjoys writing fitness articles for various online and print publications and has over 80 articles published throughout the Internet. He currently trains and competes in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well.

Maki's experiences include coaching power lifters, conducting dry land training conditioning programs for pre teen, high school teams, working with martial artists and police officers. He has also worked with the elderly, stroke patients and runs various workshops on core, Swiss ball and pre teen training. Maki enjoys keeping up to date on the latest nutritional strategies, supplementation and strength training research so that he can consistently apply the appropriate techniques and methods for optimal results.

All of these experiences have enabled Maki to bridge the gap between the old, young, fit and unfit so that each individual may achieve their goals and enhance their life.
