SCHEDULE and PRICES

A Fitness Boot Camp workout lasts aproximately one hour and will work to develop a high level of physical conditioning. Each session will train the body head to toe with bodyweight calisthenics, cardiovascular and strength-endurance activities. Participants will also be subjected to conditioning techniques with body bars, medicine balls, dumbbells, bands and other objects.

Fitness Boot Camp delivers GUARANTEED RESULTS. After one month, you will start to see changes taking place in your body.
