In addition, his “7 habits of highly effective nutrition plans” which has been shown to be a solid and very effective approach to losing body fat sensibly is featured and broken down in an easy to understand manner. Overall, Dr Berardi does a great job at explaining and conveying his points in a clear and concise manner. Anyone watching this DVD should have no trouble getting started and incorporating the guidelines Dr Berardi teaches.
